I am a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist. I offer a non-judgemental, collaborative and confidential space in which to unpack what is happening for you. Everything in therapy happens in your own time, and there is no issue too big or too small to bring.

I work from an integrative perspective, which means that I draw from several theories of psychotherapy. The theories I draw most from include Person Centred therapy, Attachment Theory, Existential therapy, Compassion - Focused Therapy, Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Poly-Vagal Theory. All of my work is trauma informed, as I have extensive training in trauma processing, particularly sexual trauma.

THE FIRST SESSION
The practice is closed indefinitely.
In your first session we'll get to know each other and discuss what you want to get out of our work together. We will also go through any questions or concerns you might have. Sessions run for 55 minutes.
The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist, so take your time to find the right therapist for you.

The fee is €80. Please note: cancelled booked sessions must be either rescheduled for that week or paid for.

Appointments are in person in Ballsbridge or online: Monday (online) and Tuesday (in person) from 9.30am to 8pm.

ABOUT ME
​
I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist in private practice in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
I have a diploma and a BA in Integrative Psychotherapy, both from IICP, and a diploma in Psychology from DBS. I have further certificates and trainings in Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Dissociation, Attachment Theory and trauma processing.
I completed the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre’s therapist training course in sexual trauma in 2015, and Womens' Aid's training in domestic abuse in 2013. I also have a BA in Fine Art, and an MA in Journalism.
Helping people become better friends to themselves and live expansive and compassionate lives beyond trauma is a privilege for me.
